Through dignified work and a fair wage, the artisans are able to use their time at SutiSana as a gateway to a more abundant life where they have a choice beyond their circumstances. Artisans receive health insurance and a retirement plan and are given opportunities to grow their skills in their craft or expand into other areas.
The artisan leadership program trains seasoned artisans who have been with SutiSana for some time to teach and train new additions to the organization.
