Customer Service

We provide free shipping on all U.S. purchases over $65 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). For orders $65 and under, shipping is $5.99 – Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours & your product will arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

We also provide expedited FedEx 2-day shipping for $15 – all orders are processed the next business day.

Charging shipping not only helps offset our shipping costs but also ensures we can contribute to the mission of Advance Memphis, our logistics partner. Advance Memphis is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that was founded to bring about economic revitalization and end cycles of unemployment in South Memphis, TN.

Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours & your product will arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of arrival for all eligible products — please contact help@joffa.com

All sales are final for food products & anything marked as "Final Sale".

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact help@joffa.com within 10 days of delivery.
