About Joffa
Joffa is a legitimate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2022 and headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. We are a fully-operational e-commerce marketplace dedicated to global family resilience by powering fair-wage work through a wholesale ordering model.
We also have a storefront in Memphis' Broad Avenue Arts District where we host periodic shopping events.
Our mission is to make a positive economic impact in under-resourced or marginalized communities around the world.
As a nonprofit marketplace committed to social and environmental transparency, our mission is to make it easy to make socially conscious shopping decisions while finding the quality items you’re looking for. We aim to bridge the gap between maker and buyer and prioritize the person behind every product by partnering with nonprofits and fair trade retailers around the globe.
We measure success at Joffa by fair-wage hours generated. Every item you buy represents a specific number of hours of dignified or fair-wage work.
In 2025, we generated over 54,000 hours of fair-wage work. That's nearly 6,800 work days for hundreds of people across the globe.

We don't donate a percentage of each purchase, rather we buy our partners' goods outright. We are powering fair-wage work before a single product ever hits Joffa.com. From there, each partner group is free to use their revenue in the way it best supports their business.
When you shop Joffa, you're supporting a true wholesale model structured around growth, empowerment, and the people who actually make the things. Your purchase allows us to place orders with our partner groups again and again.
At Joffa, it means a livable, working wage in a safe workspace or at-home environment. Fair-wages allow an individual to do more than survive. This is typically a wage that is above the local minimum wage, and for many of our partner groups, wages are often accompanied by additional benefits such as healthcare, counseling, and life skills training.
Customer Service
We provide free shipping on all U.S. purchases over $100. For orders $100 and under, shipping is $8.99 – Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours & your product will arrive within 7 - 10 business days.
Expedited, 2-3 business day, shipping is available for $16.99
Charging shipping helps offset our shipping costs. When you pay for shipping, you are supporting our mission to grow fair wage work all over the world.
Returns:
- Unless otherwise noted on the product listing, we accept returns for most items within 30 days of arrival. Items that are ineligible for return are food products and any item noted as “Final Sale.” Please contact help@joffa.com to initiate a return.
- If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact help@joffa.com within 10 days of delivery.

Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours & your product will arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of arrival for all eligible products — please contact help@joffa.com
All sales are final for food products & anything marked as "Final Sale".
