About Joffa

On JOYN

Operating with a circular eco-system model, JOYN does all manufacturing in-house to maximize the value of resources and minimize the negative impact of waste and pollution. Hand-crafting small batches of high quality products means they avoid the negative impact of mass production.

By slowing down the production process, they put work back into the hands of skilled artisans who have seen employment decline with the rise of fast fashion. Products are crafted with remnant leathers and sustainable materials to avoid high impact processes like tanning and dying. JOYN partners with Joy Corps to ensure all employees receive healthcare, retirement, education, on-site daycare and daily lunches.

Joffa

As a nonprofit artisan marketplace committed to social and environmental transparency, Joffa bridges the gap between maker and buyer and prioritizes the person behind every product. Our mission is to make it easier to do what you’re already doing — making socially conscious shopping decisions while finding quality items you actually want to buy.
