      Highland Ridge Decor empowers women overcoming challenges. This Lawrenceburg, TN-based, non-profit organization provides dignified work opportunities through impact hiring, partnering with a local domestic violence shelter, The Shelter Inc. Highland Ridge operates under the same umbrella as their sister organization (and fellow Joffa partner!) Jubilee Trading Co. 

      Highland Ridge Decor offers a supportive environment where women can develop skills and financial independence, while receiving holistic care. Their team of three handcrafts beautiful home decor, and every purchase directly supports these women as they rebuild their lives. One of their tea towel designs even earned recognition from Martha Stewart!
